My name is Ella Gibbons, and I am reaching out on behalf of the Panhellenic Association at the College of Charleston regarding an exciting sponsorship opportunity for our 2026 Fall Recruitment season. 

The Panhellenic Association is the governing body for our campus’s sorority community, representing a diverse group of women across multiple chapters. Each year, recruitment is one of our largest and most impactful events, welcoming potential new members into our community and helping them find a place to grow and belong. 

For Fall 2026, we are expecting up to 1,100 women to participate in recruitment, making it one of the largest and most visible events on campus. This week-long experience includes multiple rounds of events, providing a unique opportunity for brands to engage directly with a large, motivated, and socially connected group of college students. 

We are seeking sponsors who are interested in connecting with our audience through brand exposure, product partnerships, and promotional opportunities throughout the recruitment process. Sponsorship can include event visibility, social media features, curated gift bags, and more, all tailored to align with your brand’s goals.
